FERNANDO KOATZ
Fernando
Koatz received his Bachelor’s Degree from Columbia
College, and Masters in International Affairs from Columbia
University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University.
Fernando was admitted to the Bar of the District of Columbia
in 1984 and the State of New York in 1986.
He represents mainly Latin American and Spanish clients
in the United States with respect to corporate, commercial
and real estate matters, as well as commercial litigation.
His expertise consists in counseling individuals as well
as businesses with respect to doing business in the United
States.
Fernando Koatz is a native Argentinean. He is fluent in
Spanish and Portuguese. Fernando is a member of the Spain-
US chamber of commerce as well as the Brazilian American
chamber of commerce.

JOHN
GLEASON
John
Gleason was admitted to the Bar of the State of New
Jersey in 1969 and the New York State Bar in 1982. John received
a Bachelor’s Degree in French Literature and in Philosophy
from St. Peter’s College, in the State of New Jersey.
He received his law degree from Seton Hall University, where
he was an editor of its Law Review. John received the Diplôme
Supérieur de l’Université (with high honors)
in European Union and French commercial law from the Université
de Paris (II). In addition, John completed extensive graduate
work in international law at New York University Law School.
John also worked in the International Department of the Cabinet
Fiscal et Juridique Francis Lefebvre, in Neuilly-sur-Seine,
France. John lived in Paris for several years, and speaks
and writes French.

AYOUB
Elsa
Ayoub is a graduate of the American University, Washington
College of Law in the District of Columbia, with a Masters
of Laws in International Legal Studies. Prior to moving to
the United States, she received the equivalent of a Juris
Doctor and Masters in International Private Law from the Université
Panthéon-Assas in Paris, France.
Elsa is admitted to practice in New York State.
She was born in Beirut, Lebanon. Daughter of a diplomat,
she has an international upbringing and is fluent in Arabic,
French, Spanish as well as Dutch.
Elsa practices immigration law as well as international
business, real estate, and corporate law.
Elsa Ayoub is a member of the American Bar Association,
the New York State Bar Association, as well as the American
Immigration Lawyers Association and the Association of the
Bar of the City of New York. She is also a member of the
Spain-US chamber of commerce and the French American chamber
of commerce.

CHRIS
KIM
Chris
Kim was born in Seoul, Republic of
Korea. He is fluent in Korean.
Chris received his Bachelor’s
Degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in
Economics and Political Science with a concentration in International
Relations. He then moved to New York State to pursue his
legal studies and obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Brooklyn
Law School.
Chris is admitted to the bars of the State of
New York and New Jersey.
Chris Kim is a member of the American
Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
